Prepare 2 cups Ramona Farms GA’IVSA following the basic cooking directions.
1/2 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 cup fresh or roasted green chilies, diced
1/2 cup diced onions
2 tomatoes diced or
1 14 oz can diced tomatoes
1 lb ground deer, elk, bison or beef
- Lightly fry the meat in 3 tbs. olive oil or butter
- Add peppers & onions and sauté until onions caramelize.
- Add tomatoes, reduce heat, cover & simmer for 15 minutes or until done.
- Place prepared GA’IVSA in a casserole dish and top with the meat and vegetables.
Serves 4&1/2 hungry men!
